Jessica

Clinical Care Coordinator

I have been dedicated to the field of orthodontics since 2006 and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2007. My passion for learning has driven me to master various techniques in orthodontics. Since working with Dr. Guerrero, I've expanded my expertise in 3D printing, clear aligner therapy, and self-ligating brackets; all aimed at helping patients achieve their perfect smile. Witnessing the transformation and joy in our patients is the most rewarding part of my work. 

Originally from Los Angeles, I've called San Diego my home since 2012. My husband and I love spending time with our loved ones, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.

Kim

Practice Coordinator

I earned my Bachelor of Science from Truman State University in 2012, and have worked as a professional in dental administration ever since. I have a passion for the orthodontic field, including both the clinical and business aspects. I started with Dr. Guerrero as her Treatment Coordinator and have since evolved to the Practice Coordinator role. I strive to ensure that every patient at our office has the best experience possible. I have personally been through orthodontic treatment as a child and as an adult, so I know the incredible impact a beautiful smile can have.

In 2016, I moved to San Diego from Missouri where I was born and raised. Outside of the office, I love popping on a good podcast or reality show, attending concerts, and shopping. I also frequently travel to Tucson to visit my Mom.

Clinical Assistant

Future orthodontist! I earned my B.S. in Public Health from San Diego State University. Being an RDA has been such a fun experience. I take every day as a new opportunity to learn, grow, and continue building skills that will help me in my future career. I take pride in creating a positive, welcoming experience for each patient. It's truly a gift to be part of our patients' orthodontic journies. Having a supportive, hard-working team to work with and an amazing Doctor to lead us makes my job that much more enjoyable. 

If I'm not in San Diego relaxing on my days off, Im in Chino Hills with my family. Staying active, watching movies, spending time with my doggy, and doing nails are my go-to.

Scheduling Coordinator

I earned my degree in English from California State Univeristy of San Marcos in 2024 and have since built a career in dental administration. I'm dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Over the past year, I've truly enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful team and working for an exceptional doctor.

I was born and raised in San Diego County. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our cat, George, as well as hiking, reading, and being outdoors.
